Hi,

I am interested in this set of rules but do not have it.
I live in Maryland in Crownsville (outside of Annapolis) and usually game with the AoCM.
I have some 10mm Polish- what scale is played locally?
Please let me know of a game being played nearby and I would be interested in being invited to observe.

Hi

Binghamton, NY here. We've adapted BF&S rules for the historical periods of the 11th-15th Centuries. Specifically, for armies of Eastern Europe, Middle East and Central Asia. We have over 20 Armies that we play with. The rules play very well for these periods and are very flexible in capturing the tactics of each army. We've even played Fantasy games with BF&S! Great System.

Would welcome any gamers that would like to play; obviously, we would love to play any period.

Jim

Hey all,
I live in Martinsburg, WV but work at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD - so I roam a lot.
Just wanted to let everyone know that Your Hobby Place in Martinsburg is starting to work on building up a By Fire & Sword gaming group.
Dave Fisher mentioned he was hoping to be able to get organized play at least once a month.
Here is the store's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/YourHobbyPlace/

That's cool if people end up playing at YHP. It's too far for me to make for regular events, but for a daylong gameday or tournament or something I'd come up!

Fell in with these rules at Historicon. My wife will beat me senseless but that's why women in Tejas are both beautiful and tough as nails. I live in DFW, have my own gaming house, bought 4 skirmish sets: Poles, Muscovites, Ottomans and Cossacks plus army lists/rules. Started cleaning up the the Polish set today after Chelsea/Arsenal Community Shield game.

Need Hussars, artillery plus Polish infantry included in the set so one can get all the flavors to teach others. I understand cavalry is King but these rules are just too cool not to "have it all". I'd pay more for it. Also wish there were terrain bundles so I could get a bulk pricing on multiple pieces as we will play multiple players with multiple forces after learning the basics.

I should have all 4 forces ready for MilleniumCon in Austin, Texas. Hopefully Seldon and his krew would throw in and throw dice with us. Great set of rules. Good job and THANKS FOR THE SUPER INSTRUCTION KONRAD!!!! YOU'RE A GREAT TEACHER...coming from another teacher!
