Page 72 at a guess. Although I do think it is a bit silly to limit their use to games where you use the limited ammo rules but that is how the rules read to me!

Without limited ammo rules they will be overpowered.

Remember they have a range of 35m which is pretty generous for a 17th century pistol.

Ground scale is 1cm = 7m

Therefore 35m!

We have started using them as lances so a one shot deal when they charge if they use it then it is gone for the rest of the game, they however, will be able to fire with a pistol just not in a charge or in CC.

Out of curiosity, why not use the ammo rules? if you're already tracking one-time pistol use, tracking ammo is not that much more of a stretch and it does add a nice extra level of strategy.
