What rating are the Reiter, Dragoon and Cossack style cavalry in a Gosiewski Foray?

The MRB, shows several options, normal, elite etcetera?

With it being such a small force, to my mind it needs the flexibility that Elite Status gives each Banner.

Can anyone advise me, as I think this may not have been the best force to start with? :|

They're all normal troops but reiters have Skill 5 instead of 4.

But elite or normal (or poor) status doesn't really do anything, ruleswise, does it? :s

Its the stats of the unit that matter, and their specific special rules in their profile?

Elite troops often have Special Rules that normal troops don't have - see Commonwealth reiters for example.

In my opinion Gosiewski is not easy to play. It's not weak but it's quite small. You are always outnumbered. You have very few Soldiers but still they are strong! Especially Hussars!!! iconSPARTA . I started with Gosiewski as well. And I must admit I enjoy playing it. And still if I have a choice I'm taking Gosiewski ;) It is always challenging but this is what I like ;)

Reiters are veterans skill 5, Dragoons and Cossack style cavalry are normal standard troops skill 4

Quick question: the Gosiewski's Foray list shows a block of 3 bases of Dragoons, but the description says "2 dragoon banners (Gosiewski)".

What does that mean? Do you get 1 banner of 3 bases, or 2 banners of 3 bases?

1 banner of 3 bases, it is equivalent of two weak historical banners that were part of this group.

Lithuanian (and Polish) reiters always have arquebus, none of the reiters can have armour here.

Gosiewski's mini is in Polish-style dress, not sure why you ask how he should be modelled?
