Got it.

There seems to be a downloadable version on this forum, but it does not work.

Is this correct?

The Swedish Detatchment just got updated with the FSP7 Reiter being moved to the FSP5 box for free. Does that help?

@ Horn wasn't that the morale 4 list? No "we've seen victories, we've seen defeats"...

@ buff, I would guess it does, it definitely makes the cannon list more attractive again

Yes, Horn is the morale 4 list. But thanks to 2 cannons enemy will be testing it much more often.

I will give the recomented skirmish army a try. Are you using veterans or normal dragons. I would really like that extra skillpoint for shoting at those pesky Poles in open order.

Last night we had another game of BFAS with Poles facing of against the Swedes. As you know our Swedes have had a hard time against the Poles, but last night my opponent finally whooped the Polish arse in an open ground “Take and Hold” scenario, something that should have favored the Poles.
The key was mutual support between the reiters and dragoons. The dragoons dismounted after the first move, deployed in two ranks to minimize the frontage and countermarched forward the rest of the game on defense order, sometimes also using special maneuvers to advance. The reiters deployed on the flanks of the dragoons so that they were able to flank charge anyone going after the dragoons. This way they were able to kep the central hill under constant fire throughout the game and charged in on the last turn to wipeout the remaining Polish troops on it.
The reiters deployed in six strong units with supporting leaders, something that finally gave the Polish cavalry a fight for their money. My opponent also played extremely well and was able the close range with advancing Polish cavalry so that no charge was long enough to claim impetus bonus.

The Swedish force was only 9 point strong against the Polish 11 point force. With the scenario being 0 point my opponent got to roll fore two additional effects. He got “Fatigue” and “Delayed” wich really hit me hard. The six strong pancerni unit did not appear until the beginning of turn three and from turn two all my units had minus one in moral.

It’s off to the drawing board! The Poles have got some planning to do.

Delay affects only one _unit_, not an entire squadron; I assume by "six strong" you mean six bases? I don't know all the PLC lists by heart, but it could well be that just two or three bases were delayed, but not all six.
As you roll delay before deployment, i.e. you roll it before you create squadrons, it could well have forced you to delay some of the six bases (depending on the list), but you could have fielded the remaining bases from the beginning. Unfortunately, you cannot merge them together later in the game, so a delay of a part of an intended "six-block" also means that it will never come into being the entire game, but remain two blocks, whatever the size.
