Well if they move like they are in open order, did the enemy get the -1 penalty for shooting at them?

It is just as any Elite Cav unit.

So far I only know of the Errata and Rules Clarifications 1.0 (from 2013) and the Official FAQ on this forum (from 2015). Is this another Polish-only document? Will it be published in the "Gamer's Rulebook"?

Edit: it is called 3.0 in Polish as it was third version of faq (was meant to be living faq but I guess no-one was eager to update it.) No inconvenience intended.
