Hi all,

Perhaps some of you can answer me the following. Most (if not all) skirmish sets have units in them that are not at max number of bases for that unit type. According to the rules they can be filled up to max number of bases. But I can only buy (as far as I can see) units at full strength. Is there a way to individualy get hold of those bases needed to fill out those units? So only basic rank and file troops without command bases.

Hope I make sense.

Cheers,
Zagin

Yes that makes perfect sense.

I think the smallest pack size you can buy is three bases so you would get a command group in with the pack.

The only other way is to attend one of the tournaments in Poland
where they sell figures individually.

Smallest sized packages are a in a size of a company/banner so 2-3 bases. Wargamer is changing the way they pack their stuff. Smallest blisters, skirmish sets and regiment sized boxes.

Smallest boxes are perfect for upgrading skirmish sets.

Thanks for these answers.

If I see it correctly then at the moment the only way to fill in those gaps without getting new command bases is to go to Poland for a tournament.
Perhaps the new model for selling figures that Wargamer is introducing (adding regiments) might give an alternative route, be we have to wait and see.

So, probably I'll need to visit Poland. Something I still have on my todo list. ;)

Cheers,
Zagin

Having a gaming partner who needs a base as well could help too. Besides that, it ain't bad to have some reserves right? (Or starting another army, which will need to be filled up as well... X| )
