I painted these for this years grand tournament.

First the hussars. I had to give them broken lances, because in the original rulebook there are two separate mentions of the Muscovite hussars breaking their lances while riding trough a gate. I made them from Lithuanian winged hussars. The models were an absolute joy to paint.

Then I made this Imperial command base with dead drummer. I took the inspiration from the model of the captain as he looks like he's making a silent prayer to the Heavens. I liked painting him a lot.

Oh my god, that Imperial base is really awesome. :D I still think you need to make a piece of scenery of the gate with some broken lance-tips on the ground. X|

Brilliant work dude! In fact, it's the first time I've ever seen Muscovite hussars.

Very nice painting. But the broken lances I really don't like. Sorry.

I've seen this works last Sunday and I was delighted. Btw broken lances were done in purpose as those fellows were planned to take part in the painting competition.

Amazing models! What skirmish / task force list has the muscovite hussars? Is there more information on this unit, I am very interested to learn more about them.

@LongWarVet The stats for the Muscovite Hussars are in the original rulebook and in the Army Creator. The unit is available in Voivode cavalry task force and in the division of the original rulebook.

Thanks for the compliments Gents.

Kiitos ja moi!
