Hopefully it could be useful for some ideas of painting and creating the army ;)

That's very interesting - as I know, like others, almost nothing about Transylvania in this period.
It's "Siebenbürgen", right?

Wasn't it a ottoman vassal at those times?
So much history... and so interessting.

And the Ottoman Sultan was very pissed that Rakoczi went to war with the COmmonwealth without consulting him beforhand.

Does anyone know some sources how to paint all the new transylvanian cavalry?

And will some have those nice looking swept up shields? :)
